3. Online Registration and Payment

To register for any course or workshop, you must complete the online registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. All payments for courses and workshops are processed securely through our online platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3.1. Course Fees

Course fees are clearly stated on our online platform. LuminaSketch reserves the right to change course fees at any time, but changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.

3.2. Cancellations and Refunds

Specific cancellation and refund policies for individual courses and workshops will be detailed on the respective course pages. Generally, refunds may be issued up to a specified period before the course start date, subject to an administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period or for non-attendance. LuminaSketch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or transfer to another course will be offered.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, presentations, and digital content, are the intellectual property of LuminaSketch or its instructors. These materials are provided for the sole use of registered students and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission from LuminaSketch.

Student artwork displayed on our online platform is done so with the explicit permission of the student or their legal guardian, for promotional purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

LuminaSketch will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

LuminaSketch reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
